Your WhiteSapphire.com jewelry will be free of craftsmanship defects. That means that anything you buy in our secure online store is warranted for LIFE against any manufacturing defects on the structure of the jewelry. At WhiteSapphire.com, each of our products goes through rigorous tests to assess and maintain our strict standards of quality. Each piece is manufactured in our facilities using only the most premium materials and methods of craftsmanship by professional jewelers with years of experience in their field. We carefully inspect each item to ensure that it meets our strict criterion before shipping it to you.
In the rare event that you find an imperfection or defect, we encourage you to send it back to us to be inspected by one of our master jewelers. If the defect is determined to have occurred during the manufacturing process, we'll replace or repair the item at no cost to you and ship it back repaired and in like new condition. If we determine that the damage was due to normal wear-and-tear, or by neglect or abuse, we can still the repair the piece but there will be a cost. No work will be completed without your prior approval.
Your white sapphire stones will maintain their original sparkle and brilliance. We warranty all stones with a LIFETIME guarantee against breaking or chipping under normal wear. With normal use and proper care, your white sapphire stone should never chip, scratch or discolor. If there's ever a problem with your stone, we'll fix it or replace it at no cost. The warranty covers any item originally purchased from WhiteSapphire.com, including custom orders and stock items. This warranty shall not apply to lost or stolen merchandise.
The structural warranty covers defects that occur during manufacturing. If inspection of an item shows signs of damage from normal wear, misuse, neglect, accidental damage, or alterations of the jewelry, this warranty will be voided and the item will not be covered. In such cases, repairs can be made but charges will apply.
WhiteSapphire.com cannot guarantee the work of another jeweler. Please be advised that if any other jeweler works on your jewelry (including resizing, engraving, stone setting, rhodium, etc) this warranty will be voided. In such cases, repairs can be made but charges will apply.

WhiteSapphire.com cannot guarantee the work of another jeweler and your loose stone warranty will be voided if another jeweler damages your loose stone. Damage caused to your white sapphire loose stones during stone setting or jewelry work by another jeweler will not be covered for replacement under this warranty.
We strongly recommend that if you are having a jeweler other than WhiteSapphire.com set your white sapphire loose stones, you specifically choose a jeweler who is experienced working with white sapphires. Make sure to tell your jeweler that your stone is a natural white sapphire, as improper handling of white sapphire stones may cause chipping and breakage.
When sending a loose stone, ring or jewelry item back to WhiteSapphire.com for service or repair, please first email email@example.com to receive the Warranty/Repair Form. At this time you will be provided with clear email instructions for shipment and the proper address to ship your repair package.

Refund & Exchange Details:
Items will only be accepted if they are received by WhiteSapphire.com in original and salable condition with all of the original packaging materials and documentation before 60 days has passed from the date of delivery to customer. All jewelry must be returned in the original jewelry box or charges to replace the box will apply. Damaged merchandise will be refused and returned to the customer without refund.
The return policy does not include clearance items or any wholesale orders that have been discounted for quantity purchase are non-refundable. If you are planning to purchase a discounted wholesale package of stones or jewelry, we encourage you to verify our flawless quality by first requesting a sample or placing a small order.
Any custom-made “Design-Your-Own-Jewelry” items, or made-to-order jewelry such as pieces that are custom-engraved, specially laser-pattern-etched, special-metal-finished items, or sized-to-order eternity bands. Items such as custom rings/jewelry that have been created according to your specifications through a CAD design, or any other special order items cannot be returned or canceled. Additionally, design deposits, CAD deposits, custom head fees, customization fees and engraving fees are non-refundable in any case.
All returned items will be reviewed upon receipt by WhiteSapphire.com jewelers. We will not accept “60 Day No-Questions-Asked” returns for refunds or exchange credits on any items that have become noticeably worn, or been resized, engraved, altered or damaged in any way since the state of initial product delivery. If we determine that an item has been altered in any way, the item will not be accepted for return, and will be shipped back to you without the issuance of a return credit or refund.

Return Refund/Credit Process
At our discretion, we may subtract the cost of our original shipping charges and up to 10% restocking charges from your refund for all accepted returns.
If an item is accepted for return (or your order is canceled before shipment is completed), WhiteSapphire.com will issue a refund, exchange, or credit within 15 days. It may take more time for the refund to show as received back to your payment method. No refunds can be issued to a payment method that is different from the original purchase. Payment made via credit card will be credited back to same card used during payment. Payments made via Paypal will be refunded through the Paypal payment system. Because of the intensive work needed to bring your dream jewelry to life, custom orders you design through our “Design-Your-Own Jewelry” program are considered services once they are manufactured and delivered to you. Therefore, custom-designed items are not products and are not eligible for return for refunds or exchange credits under our policy. This includes any jewelry from our existing collection that is modified according to customer instructions to the extent that a new CAD design is created and customer approval is received on the design prior to manufacturing.
All laser-engraved products, special-design metal finished products, and laser-pattern engraved products are considered custom orders and as such are also not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchange credits. CAD deposits made prior to manufacturing are non-refundable in any way once the digital design has been rendered and presented for approval.
Custom Order Exchange Details: If you receive a custom order and it isn’t exactly what you want, we’re here for you! Just let us know by emailing email@example.com with your concerns. We will then work with you to further refine the design you received to exceed your expectations, or repair a workmanship defect at no extra cost to you.
